"Go into the forest, you will see birch, maple, pine. Look underground and all those trees are holding hands. We as people need to do the same."

“The willow knows what the storm does not: that the power to endure harm outlives the power to inflict it.” Blood of the Martyr This is one of my all-time favorite quotes. It poignantly speaks to the amazing capacity that human beings, and all living things, possess whether they are aware of it or not. Oftentimes, we are stronger than we give ourselves credit for. What incredible struggle have you endured and conquered? A time when you felt like you could go no further, fight no more, give no more and you endured. Where did that endurance come from?
To anyone reading this who needs to be reminded - you are stronger than you may realize. |
